Mother & daughter duo at breakfast are lovely , faultless , as always so pleasant & nice. Bit o a wait on check in as gentlemen decided to check a couple in before me that had cases ,, as we were all stood near bar them being behind me. ? He didn’t ask what I was there for ? Just assumed I was queuing for drink. , so maybe clearer point of check in on bar area needed. & maybe some re train on customer service skills for the gentleman. But don’t detract from our stay. Area location great bar area lovely. I think breakfast options could be better , but lovely what you do get. Great stay will return. Well done bar staff & breakfast team as always

Start with the ‘negative’- room could definitely use new curtains and a couple of bulbs are dead (though we didn’t need them).
Breakfast was excellent- many bigger places could learn from it- great to have fresh fruit and I wish we weren’t meeting friends for lunch- I would have eaten more!

"It was a nice hotel, location was perfect the only thing i can mention is that i wish there was a carpark for hotel or in nearest to it than the Charlotte street one. Which is for those who travel without car is a good option. The other thing i would love to have is that i wished i could have opened ..."
