Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however. Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which ...

Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice room with a really good shower and toiletries. I liked the option to skip daily room cleaning to help the homeless. Nice biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities and reception happy to top up supplies when the daily room cleaning skipped.
