"Paint peeling off in the bathtub TV sucked staff couldn't give me the controller to the tv staff questioned my family member that came to visit me and called the room to say I am not to have visitors that they have to leave in 15 minutes staff standing outside my door as if they were trying to listen to what was going on in my room acting like they're cleaning the room across from my room when it wasn't even occupied to begin with "

"This place is a very cozy, clean place, and I have a high standard for my living space and this place is perfect, my stay in the area needed to be extended & the host accommodated me without hesitation. "Be careful — here's what happened:I made a reservation a week before our travel date, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. I waited for an email from the host with directions and details about the property, but I never received anything. I reached out to the host, and they first told me there was no parking for my car. Then, surprisingly, they claimed they hadn’t received my reservation or any payment — this was the night before our trip. It was a terrible experience.Thankfully, Vrbo stepped in and refunded me, but we were left scrambling to find a new place to stay at the last minute. Very stressful and disappointing."

"The comfort and safety "

"The neighborhood was ok. Congested but the residents/owners take obvious pride in their properties. Adjacent to a rougher part of town but no problems on this street. Lots of smaller bodega style stores, but parking near them was next to impossible due to residents having to park up and down the streets. I bet it would have been easier finding a spot during the work week.The house was not perfect but it did the trick. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Bright is the right adjective for this house. Seemed like the sun rose in every room and had to hide from the light to sleep past sunrise. Spacious and homey decor made it feel like a place we could relax in.There were a few things we reached out to the owners about and they were pleasant, responsive and accommodating. Average stuff- if you have ever used a tub with jets that isn't used on the regular- make sure to run it with cleaner, scrub out and rinse before jumping in to enjoy.Would stay again if I needed to be in the area."
