Walking distance to areas of interest. Rooms are well maintained and sufficient amenities are provided. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel is a little aged but comfortable. Beds could be a little softer and thicker blanket should be provided as it was cold even when the air-con was set to 25 Deg C

Great location and nice pool area.
The location really worked for me. Ten minutes walk to the action at the bars and also to the ferry pier. Close enough but also relatively calm. Seemed to be able to accommodate a variety of needs: families with children, romantic couples and guys there to party.

One thing you must take note, hotel showed breakfast is included in room price but when booking was finished, it has just confirmed Room only, breakfast was not included....

manita boutique hotel pattaya
we were stay at manita boutique hotel pattaya for 3 nights during the pataya international music festival. the hotel is located near balihai pier, good location for music festaval, easy to walk, we got a good sleep, abf was not good enough if you mentioned yourself as 4 stars hotel, small pool.

最上階の１フロアーを貸切りましたが広さは申し分なし。ただ、細部の建付けやコンディションが悪く、リビングの窓の鍵も閉まらず。ベランダが部屋の周りで繋がっており、共有スペースからベランダを介し部屋に入れてしまう。ニューイヤーの花火の見学には最高だけど、コンディションはイマイチ。

화장실 불이 나가고, 에어컨에서 물샌다고 해도 방 없다고 안 바꿔줌. 그냥 쏘 쏘리 하고 끝. 주변 편의시설도 없고, 차라리 메인로드 북쪽으로 올라가는게 나은듯. 방에 먼지털이 굴러다니는 호텔. 룸서비스도 음료 외엔 추천할만한게 없음

Have a disappointing management of humidity
Rain leaked into the door of balcony; my bed got wet. Even my sunglass in the box, when the box was opened, misty is on my glasses. Hence, it doesn't refer to my mattress. Unexpectedly, hardly could Wifi connect or if can, hardly could it use. Very bad wifi.

Hotel hat gute lage aber sehr laut für 1-2Tage ok
Bei wenig Gästen wird das Frühstücksbuffet gestrichen!(Speisekarte) Zimmer und Hotel in schlechtem zustand! Personal sehr freundlich!! Hotelzimmer nach hinten laut und staubig!Grosses Landstück zum Parkplatz umfunktioniert für ca15-20 Busse jeden Tag direkt unter den Fenstern!

Zustand verschlechtert sich, aber fairer Preis.
Ich bin jetzt das dritte mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist inzwischen sehr abgewohnt und benötigt dringend ein facelifting... Das Personal ist immer top!

Buon albergo
Ho trascorso due settimane in questo albergo, mi sono trovato bene. Il personale è molto cordiale, la camera pulitissima, tutto corrisponde a quanto viene indicato nelle pagine web dell' hotel. La posizione è molto buona, si raggiunge facilmente la walking street , la spiaggia e etc etc.. L'unico neo come per la maggior parte degli hotel di pattaya è il rumore. Sconsigliate le camere con vista verso la walking street per il rumore, meglio quelle dal lato collina.

若干、繁華街からは離れているがWSは徒歩圏内。スタッフはよく訓練されていて親切だった。部屋は十分広い。ベランダはあるがちょっと狭いのと、室外機の温風があたるので使いにくい。シャワールームは広く使いやすい。冷蔵庫・セーフティボックス有り。WiFiはあるがちょっと遅い。

Rustige leuke locatie !
We hebben vijf nachten hier gelogeerd. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Men was bezig het zwembad te verbouwen (nieuwe vloerdelen werd gelegd). Ons werd medegedeeld dat er niet gezwommen kan worden tijdens de verbouwing, maar na vriendelijk vragen bij de receptie als ook aan de werklieden mochten wij toch gebruik maken van de zwembad. Onze kamer kijkt uit naar een heuvel en bovenaan de heuvel zien wij het dak van een van de tempels welke gratis te bezoeken en op loopafstand is. Ook de Walking Street is op loopafstand. Of anders voor 10 Bath met de Bathbus te bereiken.
