I only stayed there for one night so keep that in mind, but the experience was ok. My room did not look like in the photos and bathtub looked dirty. Staff were nice enough but did not seem like they wanted to be there. Location was great, next to beach and other night life. I would most likely not go there again.

We stayed 5 days and it was perfect for my wife and I! The pool is wonderful and so is the location. Newer property! Friendly staff! With in walking distance from all the action! Great price!!

Chambre pas très propre à mon arrivée, j’avais l’impression qu’elle n’avait pas été faite. Cheveux et saleté sur le plancher. La literie est complètement usée, ce qui donne l’impression que c’est malpropre. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. L’hôtel charge des frais si vous payez par carte bancaire, même si elle est en THB. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable, l'hôtel possède une belle piscine et est très bien situé, pas loin de la plage et des attraits.

It is a very busy area, but where the hotel is located was very quiet very close to the beach. The staff was extremely polite. Would definitely recommend anyone who wanted to stay there.

The squre shape, most rooms on ground level except 2 sides with extended one level rooms. In middle swim pool and when you enter on left-hand the reception. Right infront of the reception rooms C04 & C05 Upstair are given to customer who never return to this hotel. Reason been; no Internet reception and the noise of air-condition from above (next building), sounds the whole night aircraft is about to land over the roof. I booked for 3 nights but checked out after the first night because they refused to change room.

BEAUTIFUL POOL BUT I DID NOT USE...NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE ROOM , A MAJOR CONCERN FOR MY SAFETY. NO room phone, cannot contact reception without going, no posted check out time, have to go ask, poor shower situation, no ramp for heavy luggage, reception initial POOR ENGLISH, NOISY ROOM BOTTOM FLOOR 15 FEET FROM THE VERY BUSY SOI ROADWAY, SKIMPY ON BATHROOM TISSUE...DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

an inexpensive but basic hotel. If you like being near the beach and soi 6 and like an excellent swimming pool then this is the place to stay. if you like a lot of luxury and the facilities to go with it then this is not the place to stay.

For the price can not go wrong, the pool was a nice treat. The staff very friendly and accommodating The beds are super hard, and it would be nice if they had more sun chairs to lounge in.

Excellent customer services. The property was well situated between the beach and other venues west of the property. The Expedia ad needs to be updated to not show breakfast availability. BREAKFAST IS NOT AVAILABLE!

Excellent! Wonderful staff, both desk and cleaning. A quiet resort, with easy access to dining and entertainment options. Baht buses either end of the street. I will always stay here when I go to Pattaya. Only negative is wifi that drops in and out.

Shower problem
My Room wasn't well prepared, Had problem with the shower, No water, I had to ask, TV wasn't working, I had to ask over 3 time and I had to call hotel.com before the issue was resoled, which too over 24 hours before it was fixed. The drainage was blocked in the shower, Complain for 3 days , before I was given another room. The new room was perfect

Very convenient to beach and Beach Road activities, but at the same time very quiet and tranquil. The gentleman who serves as evening/night manager was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. It’s in a great area, close to Pattaya beach and the walking street. But the internet is not the greatest. I would definitely come back again in the future.

a little gem in Pattaya
very nice staff. my AC broke but I got another room to sleep in (one night) until they came and fixed it. can only say good things about this hotel. ONLY bad that I didn't have a problem with but can understand if others have it is if you have rooms facing the road that it can sound a little. would really recommend this hotel. maybe not the newest and best hotel but clearly the best staff

Good place - if you dont need wifi
Hotel is located just short walk to Pattaya Beach, where you find shops, food and bars. Staff were friendly and polite and check in was smooth. Clean and nice air-conditioned room, with a big smart TV but useless when the wifi doesn't work. Fridge, Toiletries, hairdryer and a small safety box that was a bit difficult to use. Outside your room, you have your own small table with two chairs where you can smoke (ashtray provided in the room) You have a small air-conditioned gym next to the pool. Both open until 6 PM i think it was. WIFI: they have a better wifi at the hotel lobby than the rooms. Sometimes the rooms wifi connects but is very very slow, and in the evening wifi doesn't work at all or has a super slow speed. I had to use my mobile and share the mobile net to watch my Netflix on the TV. Room wifi didnt work at all. Everything else was fine, good location with a evening market a short walk from the hotel. Keep in mind that a deposit of 500 THB for room key is paid at check-in and returned when key card is returned at checkout. Hotel policy is one key card per room. If you want an extra key card they charge 500 THB and that fee is not returned at checkout.
