The hotel was well situated. A 10 min walk from Munich station and 20min walk from the old town. Many nice restaurants near by such as Bavarian, Chinese, Italian, Greek and Turkish. The hotel itself was very clean in all areas, the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I reserved this hotel for my family since they were visiting Munich. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was varied and always kept full, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall their stay was really pleasant and comfortable. The hotel was really close to the main station, making it easy to move around the city.

Our fan/ AC did not work we asked 4 times for it to be looked at no one came. The safe very good size was 3 inches from the floor. Anyone with physical issues could not use it. Once the coffee bar person to see if anything needed refilling did not knock used their card to access the room and came in.

Stayed here for two nights to visit Oktoberfest. Arrived to a party and it was an amazing experience. The staff were super helpful, the room was clean and incredible, and the vibes were great. The bar was a great place to meet other travelers and the convenience to the festival ground was top notch. Would highly recommended and can only imagine it’s a great hotel to stay any other time of the year too.
