"Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"I rent a different house almost every year in Pavones. This house was spacious with an amazing view if the peninsula, a short walk to the largest pool I’ve seen down there with occasional Cappuchin monkey and Macaw sightings. Freddy the groundskeeper was very nice and helpful."

"This duplex is in an area that is excellent for surfing. We are in our 70s so this was not our reason for going. We wanted to explore the southern part of Costa Rica. "After a visit to the OSA Peninsula staying with Mike and Blondie in the treehouse two years ago ,we just couldn’t wait to get back. We stayed in the new house on the property and enjoyed it as much as we did then. The property has breathtaking views, and you do feel like you are in the middle of the jungle.
