Pawleys Island, Litchfield Retreat Condo #315 - This unit is located in the North wing and has one of the larger two bedroom floor plans. The townhouse floor plan features the living areas and a half bath on the main floor, and two bathrooms, two bathrooms downstairs. Renovations include updated kitchen and bathrooms There is a peek of the ocean from the balcony. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a single day bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the main floor living area. Other amenities include surround sound entertainment system.

No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts. Must be 25 years old to rent. HOA Rules with some Retirees living there full-time; ask to keep it peaceful.

Check-In: Saturday Check in during the Summer.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks. For winter rentals, linen packages are available to rent. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
