Vi bodde i en kjempefin villa med eget svømmebasseng. Mulighet til å bestille måltider levert til villa uten ekstra kostnad. Totalopplevelsen hadde vært bedre dersom renholdet hadde vært på topp. Badekaret hadde skitne flekker i seg, alle håndklærne luktet surt og bassenget var fullt av sand. Oppvask og matrester etter måltider ble ikke hentet og tiltrakk seg maur og fugler. Tungvindt å måtte ringe for å be om at dette ble hentet. I tillegg burde badet vært lukket med vindu. Det var kun en persienne som skilte mellom bad og nabovillaens bassengområde. Dette tiltrakk seg mye insekter. Edderkopper og edderkoppspinn ble ikke fjernet av vaskerne, noe som gjorde det nervepirrende å benytte badet i mørket på natta.

Amazing peaceful stay

Superb service, amazing villa and delicious food at the on-site restaurant. Took the walking tour offered by the hotel and really enjoyed walking through the local villages and trying local fruit straight from the trees. Some distance from Ubud centre which makes it very peaceful and the hotel offers several free shuttles there and back esch day.

Amazing stay at the Senetan - customer service was perfect and the staff were always happy to help out whatever the hour! Great free transportation into Ubud, which was an added bonus. The breakfast delicious and all meals. This is the perfect hide away for the jungle stay and not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The villas themselves were fantastic! Highly recommend a stay!

Amazing honeymoon stay

Amazing area if you like quiet, local feeling. Beautiful mountaineous surroundings with rice terraces and small local villages. Senetan villas were luxurious and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff as well as great food. The spa is more for relaxing massages and perhaps not very trained in various massage techniques or treatment.

Voor degenen die privacy voorop stellen

Perfecte keuze voor degenen die gesteld zijn op hun privacy, vooral dankzij de prive zwembad. Personeel was tiptop. De villa zit echter in de 'jungle' dus je hebt een ietwat andere klimaat dan bijv ubud of denpasar hetgeen betekent dat er meer regen valt en minder zon schijnt als je in november of december gaat. Wij gingen begin november maar hebben alsnog genoeg kunnen genieten van de zon ondanks behoorlijk wat regen.

Tranquility at its highest

Stayed at Senetan for 3 nights and couldn't recommend it enough. Greeted with friendly staff and a foot massage and presented with an immaculate 1 bedroom villa, huge pool and jungle views. The staff couldnt do enough for us. Location was great to unwind with a complimentary shuttle to Ubud for dinners. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

Nice hotel in rutal area

We choose this hotel to be more in the rural Bali. If you want a quiet stay, With gentall host this is the place. We made long walks from the hotel to the ricefields, forest en to the lovely village. We did not visit ubud as this is rather far away. But you can take the complementary bikes or just walk and you will have a great Bali experience.

Schönstes Hotel / Resort auf unserer Bali Reise

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Die Resort Anlage abseits von Ubut (Fahrt bis Center 25 min mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle) ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir hatten eine 350m² Villa für nur 50€ die Nacht und das war echt der Hammer. Mitten im Dschungel mit großem Schwimmpool und und und Auch wenn man nach Ubud wollte war das kein Problem. Es gibt "feste" Zeiten die nach Absprache auch ohne Aufpreis variable sind.

Relaxation just what I needed.

Senetan is a wonderful villa and resort with a warm and friendly staff who make you feel like family. Although it is a ways out, it is well worth it. The villa is closed but open meaning your room is closed off but other surrounding parts are not. The staff is very respectful of your privacy and very accommodating. It was everything I was looking for and I can't wait to go back!

The Ultimate Relaxation

Senetan is only new, so currently you can get great deals considering the excellent standard of this resort. The villas are spacious, with indoor/outdoor bathrooms with spa bath and shower. Wifi is good if you need to stay in touch with the world. Senetan is located in Pangayan, approx 25 mins from Ubud. If you're someone who likes to go to a new restaurant or bar everyday, this might not be the right place for you. If you're looking to simply relax and unwind, there's no better place. All the staff are incredible; polite, professional, welcoming and friendly. This resort is locally owned and staffed with locals, ensuring the whole local community benefits. If you are someone who likes 5&6 star multi-national hotels, this isn't for you. This isn't a place that's about being perfect in every way. I'm sure I could walk around and find small things to criticise. But this is a place that is warm and genuine; where staff are learning and improving all the time, and where you feel like you're on holiday among friends. And that, to us, is perfection.

Solicitação ignorada

Infelizmente não pude ir a Bali pois meu voo para a ilha foi cancelado devido à erupção do vulcão. Entrei em contato com a Hoteis.com e eles prontamente responderam que eu deveria entrar em contato diretamente com o hotel. Assim, mandei um email para o hotel explicando a situação e solicitando um reembolso da reserva e não obtive nenhuma resposta. Segundo as politicas de cancelamento eu não teria direito a reembolso, entretanto, considerando a situação atípica que causou transtornos a milhares de pessoas e acabou com uma viagem que eu estava planejando há meses, esperava a compreensão do hotel e pelo menos um voucher para poder me hospedar em outra data, ou no mínimo uma resposta negativa, mas fui simplesmente ignorado. Uma pena, pois estava muito ansioso, pelas fotos e outras avaliações o local parece ser maravilhoso, mas ignorar um hóspede da forma como fui ignorado é inadmissível.

A Nice Place

Far away from Ubud, but it is close to the volcano, I booked a three bedroom villa,but they don't have a proper one in that moment so they provide two 1 Bedroom pool villa to us, but they are connected. And the view is great and very thing is good except the hot water, it seems they don't have enought hot water in the hotel...But it is a nice place.

Nice private-pool villa of good value

The villa is cozy and spacious; we like the outdoor bath hidden from a closet door in the bedroom. Bed and bedding are comfortable, and our private pool is simply sublime. The villa has no door, but we never worry about anyone intruding into the space, it's truly a second home in the jungle, and we quite enjoy the tranquillity there. Staff hospitable and attentive, massage is very good. But it's quite far from Ubud center, so moving around without a car is impossible. Ideal for a get-away when you hire a taxi or driver.

本当の意味で隠れ家

ウブドから30分近く離れているので、ウブドに気軽に出たい人には向きません。 しかし、ヴィラのホスピタリティ、清潔さ、また、自然のバックグラウンドミュージックで起きる朝、そのなかではいるお風呂は忘れられません。 とりわけ、一緒にとまった彼氏は、自然のなかでおこなったヨガに、またそれをすべてアレンジしてくれたGMに感動していました。 またバリに行く際には、ぜひ、利用したいです。
