"Quiet location within biking distance to Fisherman's Village and local parks. The house was clean, and everything you need was provided. Bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs, pool toys, coolers, etc, available and in good condition, which isn't always the case with rentals. I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

Minerva is an outstanding host and responded to all of our questions and concerns immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. "

"I rented this property for our adult children. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. Check in process was very clear.There were, however, several downsides to this property. There were 6 bags of trash and recycling items in the garage which gave a bad smell in the kitchen, the outdoor trash containers were strewn at the curb, a few sliding glass doors did not lock (according to my son), a lanai screen door did not shut (they found a large snake in the pool area), the garage door opener was broken, and there were several water damage spots on the ceilings in a few rooms.Overall, it was a nice property, but there need to be several repairs completed."
