"Y husband and I have traveled a good bit, and this is the cleanest hotel where we have ever stayed! The staff was constantly cleaning, inside and out. When we first arrived I thought the room was old and dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The pool was lovely, the fact that it is right on the ocean was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Lovely apartment, if I had a really cool friend her apartment would look like this. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, soap and conditioner, which was very convenient since I flew here and didn’t bring any. It seems like they really think about the comfort of the guests and try to provide everything to make a pleasant stay. For example, there was a full bag of ice in the freezer so my friend and I could just settle down right away and fix a couple of drinks. When I saw the reviews for this place, I was thinking, “well I don’t think it could be as good as everybody saying,” but it really is. Also very clean. Fun fact: I stayed at the very expensive Marriott half a block away in November and I like Fernando Flats much better. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is open to everyone. "

The amenities were very good and the thoughtful little extras made the stay feel effortless and relaxing.The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. This place felt very homey, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway!"

"Don't know if pets are allowed. Some rooms have an inlet/ ocean view. Our room had a view and a cess to a very quaint garden area with a 2 secondswalk to the water Beautiful area, very quiet and very clean!"
