"Hotel é bem localizado e limpo. Os funcionários são agradáveis e dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã é bom. O quarto é grande mas é ruim. Tudo muito antigo, com pontos de mofo e ferrugem, chuveiro funcionou de forma precária e pingou a noite toda, porta do banheiro não fechava. "

"Todo ano vou a Poços de Caldas, não conhecia o Hotel Imperador ainda e me surpreendi muito, tanto pelo preço, que é extremamente justo, quanto pela localização, que sem dúvidas é a melhor que já estive em Poços.
Espero voltar depois da reforma que estão fazendo!
Até o café da manhã, que normalmente é mais fraco aí na cidade, me surpreendeu. Eles estavam servindo cápsula de café, e eu como amante de café achei muito boa a iniciativa!

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
