Wonderful place to stay! Staff was so friendly and nice! On the main street with the river behind it. Can't ask for a nicer location! Plenty of room to visit, play cards, have a drink or just reflect on your day!
Two-night stay in April, Peebles is a small town and the Tontine is centrally located with ~10 parking spaces behind it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and assistance with have some laundry done overnight. The included breakfast was excellent and filling. Would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay at Tontine very much!
The central location was wonderful and we walked to the many shops. Our room was clean and cozy.

Staff made us very welcome. Hotel very clean. Situated central to shops restaurants buses and walking areas. Parking area to the back. If stayed again though would ask for another room as we were in basement with no view.

Great pet friendly location. Walks along the River behind the property. Wonderful evening meal. The staff were welcoming. Will stay again if in this area.
