Asked for an extra pillow and a clean blanket twice, never got them. AC unit in room was broken & loud, woke us up every time it ran. Toilet drained very slow. Valet and breakfast staff were great

We loved our stay here. Our only complaint is that there was always a really long wait for the elevators during the day, but the hotel was sold out. The staff was fantastic, the room was beautiful, the bar and pool are top notch, and the breakfast was perfect every single morning. We will definitely be staying here again.
