Very clean, comfortable room. Little bit cold in the evening. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, with continental and cooked options. It was a nice 15/20 minute stroll down to the beach. Enjoyed a walk around the headland and back to the village pub!
There was a roof top 'patio' with lovely views of the surrounding fields. There is also a nice garden with seating. We were greeted by Beth who made us feel very welcome.= and showed us around before giving us our room key. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a restfull sleep in the comfy bed and a tasty cooked breakfast. Will recomend to our friends.
Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. Great roof terrace where we did some star gazing on the first night we arrived perfect. There were 2 other sitting rooms to use and a garden as well as a got tub. All round brilliant place to stay would highly recommend and dont be put iff by the power station on the way in
Great stay. Beth was really helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Would book here again no question. The rooms are spacious and breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t serving food in the evenings due to the coronavirus but the food from both the Hibernia pub and wavertree cafe was fantastic.
Great stay. The staff were very helpful, accommodating to our schedule, great with my dogs. The property is great, the room was really nice and spacious. All the linens, towels, toiletries were great. The hot tub is a great feature, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was cooked to order and was was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.
We loved our stay! Beth was the most accommodating hostess and the other (we didn’t catch her name) was so kind and welcoming! We arrived late at night and may have been the only ones staying there. We felt perfectly safe in the quiet village and were overwhelmed with the amazing service for breakfast. It was perfection! Thank you!
We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place.
I am walking the coastal path
The room was great
The service was perfect
The three ladies working there went far beyond what is expected
Absolutely fantastic

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Very Disappointing. We had booked an evening meal which was confirmed on our arrival. At 5 o’clock we were told that she had to take partner to the hospital. She booked us into only pub in village for a meal at half 7. When we arrived few Covid regulations were being observed. We were told our food wouldn’t be ready til approx half 9. We declined. Then we had to drive into Pembroke only to find that the only place available to get a meal was a Kebab shop. We ate in the car. Not exactly what I had planned when I booked the weekend away!
As there was no one on site on that first evening ( Fri) we were unable to have a drink.
Cups in room had dirty rings on them.
Extremely squeaky bed.
Extremely quiet, around 500 yards to the beach if the weather is ok, self check in but my stay was just after COVID restrictions were lifted so this may not be the norm, short walk to the local pub for food which again I think was a temporary thing as they were set up to offer food at the hotel, it is literally the very end of Wales and has a really nice village feel so if you want to get away from things and relax this is the ideal place
Was one of if not the best Hotels we have ever stayed at. It was more like staying in a friends Spare room than a hotel. Really clean and all the staff were very helpful. Only a short walk to the bay and to the pub. Will 100% be coming back to stay
