"Spacious room, cleaned daily. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Prime location! Everything necessary and important are nearby or a quick car ride. The area does get congested in the days so pack your patience. Otherwise, it’s a great stay. I’d definitely rebook! Diego at the front desk is a star. So too his brother Jose. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained and very clean, and the restaurants were enjoyable. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. On our first night, my daughter wasn’t feeling well and unfortunately got sick in the bed. We had to request help to change the sheets, and the staff responded quickly and kindly. We really appreciated how understanding and helpful they were during that situation. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great, centrally located hotel. You can walk to MOMA, Tamayo, Antropología, as well as Roma/Condesa neighborhoods etc (1+miles). Staff is very warm and helpful. Bathrooms are a little dated but clean (more important for me!). A/C is great! Gym is huge (2 rooms) and has everything you need. Housekeeping staff is great and attentive. Nice bar/lounge with piano player. Concierge can help you plan your day and even arrange for a private car and driver to the airport for early morning flights."

"Excellent service. Nice facilities but aging property. Good value for a 5 star hotel. Impressive fitness center. Pretty good spa but there are better at the top luxury hotels. "

"Location is very good, that’s the best part. The towels giving for the room had stains and one day there where no towels left in the room. There is no fan in the room so it was really hot. Also it is by no means sound proof, you can hear everything and all night the doorbell rings. "

"An architectural gem form the 60’s that unfortunately has suffered years of bad restoration and repairs. The lobby feels more like a subway station. The beautiful knoll furniture that they had in bars and rooms has disappeared and replaced by cheap copies. A total shame but the building is still amazing!"
