"We got a suite with a king bed and a sofabed in a connecting room. Both rooms were clean. AC operational, a must during a heatwave. The one down side was only q out of the two elevators were working."

"Upgraded to an Executive Room but nothing in the Executive Lounge @ 1:00 - no soft drinks, water, coffee or snacks, told it didn't start until 3 pm (on check-in) Whole idea was to have somewhere to relax after a 1.5 hour drive. Note alcohol was not available until 5pm. - licensing?? Has requested ..."

Novotel Cardiff Centre
"This is a great location, walkable halfway between town and the Bay. We stayed in the terrace suite on the 5th floor, which has a balcony area with views over Cardiff. Lovely pool and good selection at breakfast. Car parking was £16 for 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again"
