"We had the Executive Sea View room views were amazing. The room was very big and tastefully decorated very clean. Staff all very helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice the choice was plentiful for everyone. Bar area was nice and comfortable overall the hotel is very good and a great location. "Had a great stay at the Membly! A really wonderful affordable accommodation right by the water! The location is stunning, beautiful views of the water from the lounge area and a quick jaunt to several beaches. The breakfast service was really easy and lovely! Very attentive staff and lots of options. The single/twin bed rooms were good for the price point, nothing to write home about, but very effective and had all the amenities one would need while traveling! The room got a little hot but there was a fan provided which helped remedy that. Easy parking as well and not far at all from the train stop!"

"Great location in a fab private gated community. Very central and perfect for enjoying Falmouth.Fortunately we had read previous reviews so weren’t surprised by the flat being a bit tired. It could do with a refurb to bring it up to current standards especially the bathroom where a screen over bath is a bit old fashioned. The shower was excellent. Also the kitchen, which clearly very old with cabinet doors that sprung shut on you. The flat also had an odd smell which others have mentioned but this cleared when we opened the windows. Parking isn’t clear in the description but there are shared spaces at each end of the development. Also would have been good to have a map explaining where pedestrian exits from the community were as we had to ask a passer by.All that said we would still book again as we loved the location."
