Overall, stay was OK, but involved us asking staff for things that should've been taken care of. They kindly put 2 rooms together for us as a big party, which was kind. However, the wet room stunk of urine, the beds were dusty and had lipstick marks, and we found shopping receipts stuck on the giant wall mirror from the previous guests, Staff kindly sorted the issues, but not a great first impression. Breakfast was also basic and let-down. Wasn't offered on site, but a pub next door which meant family having to sit inside. Not great for people trying to avoid alcohol or smoking. Probably won't book again.

Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

Love this hotel and use it when we have tickets for the Philharmonic which is opposite My only gripe would be that to use the spa it costs extra, otherwise an excellent hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Location and staff were great! Accessible room was ok however I feel the room layout was not appropriate for a wheelchair user. Long internal corridor and over sized wet room, which the extra room could have done with in the main bedroom area. Room too hot even with noisy fan provided
