The room was nice and clean, no fridge in the room but for the price i can't complain. the bus stop just outside the building so fast easy and cheap to get around and enjoy Edinburgh.

The Abbotsford guest house was run down and in need of renovations. Did not know before I booked I would be sharing a shower and toilet with the whole floor. Very uncomfortable! There was also no breakfast available. It said it was being remodeled. I actually never saw a host on my visit. The location was good, but the lodging was poor.
