"Great place. Bonnie was great to work with. Didn’t have any issues but I felt if I did I know they would be resolved. Family loved the boathouse as we were able to separate the older adults from the younger ones. Location is beautiful and peaceful. Well stocked house for all needs. Highly recommend!"

"I couldn't be more pleased with this rental home. It was exactly as described and pictured. The living area on the first floor was spacious and inviting, with lovely decor that felt very intentional. We actually felt like we were living in the owner's home as opposed to a vacation rental. The kitchen was superbly stocked with all of the cookware and utensils needed to enjoy meals at home. We also appreciated that there was charcoal for the grill. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with its peek-a-boo view of the pond. It's a very peaceful and private setting surrounded by tall trees.Jill (owner) responded to texts promptly and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We greatly appreciated her attention to detail and her friendly conversation.We would love to return next time we come over to the area."

"we had the BEST trip and stay at this cabin. it is a little slice of paradise by the ocean. the cabin came with everything we needed for a fun stay: paddle boards, kayak, small boat, dock, swings, bonfire, hammock - everything! our 6 year old son had a blast and did not want to leave. i couldn’t recommend this place more!"

"We spent a wonderful week at Biscay Sunsets cottage on Biscay Pond. Highlight of the week was getting to meet our gracious host Mary. The cottage was exactly as described, and it was the perfect location for day tripping to Boothbay Harbor. We also enjoyed swimming in the pond. Our host Mary went out of her way to ensure we were happy and comfortable in our rental and was available for restaurant or activity information. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing cottage to read and relax this is the place. You will be lulled to sleep at night by the loons on the pond. We will most definitely return. Thanks so much Mary!"

"Our Bristol cottage (really a house!) stay was great! We appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms and property! The house is very spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture in many sitting areas. Please note the major plus that the mattresses are fantastic as well as linens in all the bedrooms. There is an authentic Maine style swimmimg hole nearby and a wonderful local diner all within short walking distance. On property are two small private docks with access to the stream for kayaking and freshwater fishing. This is a great location to local lobster docks in New Harbor and Round Pond as well as visits to Pemaquid beach and lighthouse. The town of Damariscotta has grocery, bars and restaurants. The midcoast area has a lot to offer!"
