Penparcau Holidays

Room windows could only be opened slightly and the room was very hot! The bathroom blinds were stained and falling apart. My pillow felt like a rock and I had a terrible sleep. The bathroom tub was slippery and my child slipped in it. The room had little to no sound-proofing. At supper time we were told a waiter would take our order but that did not happen. For a conference hotel, this was a HUGE let-down.

Hotel abit tired. Could do with a make over . Beds very hard. Rooms need re doing. Very dated. Staff fantastic tho I will say that .

Very run down building, staff hardly acknowledged us at Reception upon arrival. We were not advised in advance that there was a wedding party and an 80’s night taking place so getting to sleep was very difficult due to the music going on until 1.00pm. Toilet blocked first night and we had to change rooms. Vomit staining on bedroom carpet. They say they are pet friendly but part way through our breakfast we were asked to move out of the restaurant into the bar as we had our Cockerpoo Rosie with us - they could have told us this information upon arrival. Shower was poor - no water if next door having a shower at the same time! Staff not interested in feedback.
