Spacious Victorian house with a large L shaped kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ground floor wc, separate dining room, spacious lounge & 4 double bedrooms, (2 are en suite) 3 bathrooms. 5 wc's.
Fabulous location in the village of Clifton.
5.5 miles & 12 minutes drive to Pooley Bridge & the shores of Ullswater.
Superb views from the terrace & garden across.
Skalgard wood burning hot tub included.
The space
Carleton House has been tastefully restored to an exceptionally high standard throughout.
Central heating throughout with underfloor heating in the kitchen diner.
Large entrance hall, leading to spacious living room with an open fire & a Smart TV.
Dining room with a gas fire.
Large well equipped kitchen with a lounge area with Smart TV & dining area. French doors out to the terrace & garden with a BBQ. Separate utility room with a washing machine, separate tumble dryer & wc with washbasin.
Outside there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture, BBQ & paved parking space within the grounds for several cars. Spacious lawned area, ranch fencing with open views across The Eden Valley.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 are en suite, a large family bathroom with a 5th wc on the same landing.
Other things to note
Skalgard wood burning hot tub included, with a generous supply of logs.
