    2800 SQ FEET OF BEACHFRONT LUXURY, You’ll have the entire front of the seventh floor all to yourself! Best of all? It's right on the beach! This is a four bedroom, three full bath, 2800 square foot unit, with incredible water views from every room. It sits directly on Pensacola beach. Located at Regency Towers down towards Portofino. We have a beautiful large swimming pool, with umbrellas and picnic tables, as well as private beach access via ramp. Features include a beach front double balcony, approximately 40 feet long (with sofas, high top tables, swivel/rockers), two master suites each with full bathroom (one features a large shower with 4' bench and four heads) (Jacuzzi tub), a guest bedroom with two queen beds (game console and large tv), a second guest room with a queen size bed, a queen size pull out sofa with upgraded 5" thick gel foam mattress, separate laundry room with full size commercial washer and dryer, two full size refrigerators in unit (both make ice), fully stocked kitchen, large dinette area with seating for 12-16, extremely large living room with 50" HDTV, Wet bar, beach towels, misc. beach toys, binoculars, flashlights. We also provide starter sets of trash bags 1-2, toilet paper 1-2, paper towels 1, laundry 1 and 1-2 dish pods. So you don't have to run to the store right away!!

We absolutely loved the views in this condo! The place was very clean and extremely nice! Loved having easy access to the beach with the added benefit of the pool. Michael was very easy to work with and very accommodating! Definitely would stay here again!!

Yearly Family Vacay

This place fit our family wonderfully! We had extended family that flew in and stayed elsewhere, but we had our beach time and meals together and two tables, two refrigerators, made this so much easier! The hosts were amazing, there were some slight cleanliness issues that they resolved quickly and really didn’t affect our stay. We had an amazing time and look forward to next year!

Luxury with COMFORT!!

Omg!⭐️💫Where do I start with this double condo! It is spacious with enough room for a large family! Beach access and pool on point! It’s close enough to get to everything. Far away enough to get away from the crowd. Enjoyed the establishment from walking in to leaving out! Hates to leave!!🥰Thanks to the owners for a safe andgrear place to stay!!

Happy 17th Birthday!

Went on a beach trip with 3 moms and 7 girls to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday. This condo was huge! It was in a perfect location. It was just steps away from the beach. We had a great view of the beach on a huge balcony. The owners were always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Great trip! Thank you for your hospitality!

Superior condo for beautiful beach vacation!!

My 3 adult children, their spouses, their children, my husband and I stayed in the condo and loved it!! We had a total of 14 people who stayed here for 7 nights. We loved all of the space in the condo. There were 7 adult beach chairs, plenty beach towels for all of us to use., a lot of children’s beach toys, and nets for crabbing!! We have been taking a beach family every year to many years. This is the best place we have stayed!! I can’t wait to stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for our family group. The extra large living & dining definitely made a big difference on those rainy days. Lots of amenities inside the condo. Already booked again for next year. Owners are great with communication. Unless things changed, the beach chair service offered by Lazy Days is not worth the price (this is nothing to do with the owners, just a bit of extra info).

Beautifully renovated condo! We had 5 adults + 2 kids (ages 3+4) and had plenty of space to accommodate us all very comfortably. Loved the big kitchen + 2 balconies. It was awesome to have access to chairs + beach toys galore! Michael could not have been more helpful- very accessible, friendly + welcoming. The additional touches he + his wife included during their renovation with guests in mind were greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay in this condo or any others of these owners without hesitation.

It doesn’t get much better than this!!

I’m not sure where to start! This property was gorgeous! A beautiful view from every room! To be honest, the online pictures don’t do this property justice! Plenty stocked with kitchen stuff, towels, beach toys, chairs, etc.. Parking was so easy, with parking spots right in front of the building. Easy access to the pool and beach. We saw dolphins every single day (sometimes, multiple times). The water was so, so blue. The sand soft and white. Plenty of seashells lining the beaches. Our teenagers never ran short of things to do, and LOVED playing in the big waves! Restaurants and shopping within minutes of our condo. The managers were quick to answer any questions we had along the way. We would 100% recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great vacation!

Wonderful and highly recommended!

This unique double condo that has been recently redone has an excellent location right on Pensacola beach. Since it is 2 condos that have been combined, there is an abundance of common area as well as 2 master bedrooms. It is very well suited to an extended family or multiple families. The owner, Michael, was very easy to contact and very responsive whenever we contacted him. Michael and Michelle have added the little things that make a stay more comfortable such as nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy the direct view of the beach. Enough beach chairs, an abundance of beach towels and beach toys for our extended family, and comfortable indoor furniture. The kitchen was adequately supplied with utensils and equipment for cooking and the 2 refrigerators were great for our large group! There was even an abundance of drinking glasses. Our group was myself and my husband, our 3 adult children and 2 spouses, an infant and a preschooler. We would suggest you bring additional kitchen towels and maybe a throw rug or 2. This property takes up the front half of the 7th floor directly facing the beach. The view and proximity of the beach and pool were make this property very desirable for a beach vacation. We had a wonderful stay and would heartily recommend this property especially for extended family stays!

Beautiful views (watched the sunrise every morning) and great space for my family of ten. We had ages ranges from 9 to 83 years old. The cleanliness was the only issue- the owners did let us know they are in the process of changing cleaning companies to help with opportunities noted. Everything else was easy and no issues.
