Affordable, family 2br 1&1/2 ba condo in beach front complex with pool.

This fully furnished 2 BR-1&1/2 BA condo is located in a well-maintained beach-front complex on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is located just three miles east of the center of Pensacola Beach but is much quieter and less congested than the downtown area. Pensacola Beach is on Santa Rosa Island and is accessible from the town of Gulf Breeze via a toll bridge ($1). The unit is on the 2nd floor. It is a 5 minute walk through the grounds to our sparkling pool and beautiful beach.
There is a queen size bed in one bedroom. In the other bedroom there are five single beds of which two are upper bunks only suitable for children. The dining table seats six. There is a TV with basic cable in the living area. A more detailed information sheet is available, if requested.
We have owned this unit since 1994. Our family has enjoyed many delightful weeks "at the beach". It does not have designer furnishings and spectacular views but it is priced accordingly. If you desire clean, comfortable and affordable family accommodations, we would enjoy sharing our vacation condo with you.

Perfect

This condo was perfect for our family. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. It was very clean and had everything we needed.The grounds are beautiful. There is a lagoon and ducks to enjoy watching. It's a very short walk to the beach.The price is very affordable. The owner was very helpful.One of the best vacations we've had. Would definately rent this condo again.

Beautiful Beaches

We have been vacationing at Pensacola for many years and I always stay at Villas on the Gulf because of the rental prices and it's always been well kept. Ted's condo was perfect for the four of us. It was very clean and provided us exactly what we needed for the week. You just can't beat the white sand beaches and beautiful blue waters of this area. We are already looking forward to next years visit!

Very comfortable stay, for a great price!

We stayed at this property April 2011. Our entire experience was more than pleasant. We were located right by all of the shopping centers and attractions. We were just a little under a 5 minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by breath taking scenary. The condo is more than adequately furnished from furniture to pots and pans. All we had to bring was food and extra paper towels. The beach was absoulutely beautiful with really no signs of oil, although we did find one small quarter sized tar ball that washed ashore. The condo's private beach was not overcrowded at all. We even saw dolphins a couple of the mornings we walked down to the beach. Although just my husband, our one year old and I stayed, but we had enough room for another family to join us. Our overall experience was great and we would defiently return another time. I recommend this place to any family that wants to vacation with a budget in mind!

Very Comfortable - Great Value

My family stayed in this unit in May 2010 and we were very pleased. The unit was comfortable and had plenty of room for 3 adults, and there was room for more. A family with children would be perfectly suited for this condo. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but you don't have to cross the road/highway. The grounds of the condo complex are lovely and it's a pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed watching the ducks (and baby ducks) swimming in the pond that goes through the complex. It is a great value for the price.
