House appears to be fairly new and in good condition. Comfortable with the basics for a few days stay and close to beach and a couple very good coffee shops and the grocery store. A couple notes for future renters: photo of large back yard is misleading (must have been taken before the house was built behind this rental; yard is a third the size of the picture - small!); TP holder in one bath is barely attached to the wall and some light bulbs need replacing; grass needed to be mowed. Renters should be careful where you park: a woman in the house directly across from this rental backed into one of our vehicles and was rather unpleasant about the incident, even attempted to blame us for her hitting a parked vehicle. Police were called. Park well into driveway and should be no issue.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2026
