"I will say this is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. One of the most comfortable properties I have experienced and cannot wait to go back - restaurants and local attractions very walkable... the hosts even noted that it was my birthday and went above and beyound! Absolutely love the houseboat 10/10"

"I wanted to stay somewhere different and this was it. We stayed busy so we didn’t spend too much time here. If I could do it differently, I would have made time to fish. Perfect for watching the sunrise while drinking coffee. The house was perfectly decorated and clean. Glad we stayed here. "

"Decided to get a room downtown because i attended my 20 year high school reunion, and glad i did. It was clean, quiet, and i didnt habe to use a staircase. Was able to walk right up to my room. I was also given the option to check in a little earlier than most places have let me in the past, and i really appreciated that. Was able to get ready for my reunion without being rushed and really enjoyed my stay. "

"This may have been the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Maybe because it seems to have been renovated (or built?) more recently but it was spotless. The main floor had more room than the pictures showed, which had an open floor plan with bar/island seating, an adorable breakfast nook and a large couch. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee (kureg and pods), utensils, wine glasses, even a small toaster oven/air fryer.We initially booked it because we wanted to bring our puppy on this trip but realized that was a bad idea lol, but there was a cute, fenced in back yard that would have been perfect. Communication with the owner was great and we had zero issues with check in/check out. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of a fun local coffee shop, where the guys picked up breakfast for everyone. I have two negatives- 1.) it smelled like a sweet chemical air freshener. I didn’t take off any stars because no one else was bothered by it, but if you’re really sensitive like me, you may want to pass. 2.) We wished there were king beds. Both couples had difficulty sleeping as we were all used to larger beds. But I wouldn’t take off stars for this either because we knew this when booking, as the listing clearly states what kind of beds are in every room. Overall, excellent stay- would definitely recommend."
