Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again

The staff (Bea, Noah, Sarah, Freddie and Todd the chef) made me feel very welcome, which is something you appreciate when you travel solo.
At the end of day, the Rosevine is a very delightful hotel.

Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too.
We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night.
We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience.

Gymn and facilities excellent. Very friendly reception upon arrival and we asked for a quieter room and were provided with that. Left alone until we went out each day and room replenished and clean when back.
