and patio door access to the deck. The second bedroom has a convenient cheater door to the main three piece bathroom with beautiful tiled shower and 2 closets. Gorgeous vinyl plank flooring throughout the main living areas, stainless steel appliances, and solid surface counters. Tons of in suite storage. Gas BBQ on your private balcony overlooking the lake. Lengthy list of building amenities including guest suites, fitness rooms, activity room, outdoor pool and hot tub, patio and BBQ area, saunas, temperature controlled wine storage, secure parking, additional storage room for all your summer toys, putting green and more.
Utilities included (heat, AC, water, wifi, electricity). Dishwasher and washer and dryer in unit. Linens, towels, soaps, cleaning products all there to start your summer.
