Loved my stay here. Had there been a dressing gown and slippers in the room. I would have given this a 5 the mini bar with the free soft drinks, along with the 10% discount was a bonus. The half board offer is great value. Just wondering. If you are good staying and parking at the NCP recommend, then go to the far corner on the left side of the 3rd floor. The pedestrian entrance is located there l, and brings you out a few feet from the hotel entrance.

Our room was comfortable and well presented, check in was easy and welcoming. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location right by the park and a short stroll from Lark Lane. A few minor DIY jobs need seeing to in the room and bathroom which do not impact the function of the room but make it feel a little run down- things like light a light bulb needing replacing, some skirting board coming away in the bathroom, and redundant fixtures from when hand soap used to be supplied in bottles fixed to the wall etc. The TV is a bit difficult to see from the bed because the fancy bed frame is in the way! Overall, this is a fairly affordable place to stay, with a bit of a 'faded glory' vibe on the outside. We may well return next time we stay in the area.

Hotel was Fabulous Start to finish, over all experience was great. Room was clean as well as the hotels other amenities. Would definitely be back and highly recommend

Clean room, staff were very helpful and smiley. Vu bar has great view, v especially on the balcony and the fish and chips was lovely. Beakfast was buffet and had everything on offer. I also paid extra to have a late check out. Will def stay here again.

This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
