"We loved our stay at this villa. Our family of 14 stayed and there was so much room! The kids played pool, ping pong and arcade games. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice having a private pool for everyone to gather and play in. The only thing that I would recommend is to put a lock (like a restroom slide lock) on the outdoor shower. With the wind blowing, the shower door opens and closes with a bang that was loud enough for it to wake my aunt downstairs. I called the rental company due to the air conditioner leaking Thursday night and they came Friday to repair it. The air conditioner company drained it, but within an hour of them leaving, it started leaking again. I called the rental company back to let them know. I was pleased with the rental company!"

"I stayed for a month. Family joined me for part of the month. I loved the location, everything you need is close. The neighborhood was great everyone was friendly. The pool area is great for little ones as it has an area that is 9 inches deep so they can play and feel they have their own space. The house is open and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. I also really appreciated the fenced in back yard for my small dog. Lacey supplied us with answers to any questions we had. She was extremely helpful! We went and saw the Blue Angels our last day and you should add this free event to your must do list while you are in the area. A wonderful time was had by all!"

"The Dory was equipped with everything we needed for a week at the coast, and even with multiple adults, there was plenty of room for everyone relax. A short path led to the beach. Although it wasn’t crowded during our stay, it was nice to see that the area immediately behind the condo is marked off for her guests. Each unit is allowed only two parking spaces, which would likely be more than enough for most families. We had four vehicles to park, so we did have to utilize off-site parking (just a 5 minute drive down the road). The only truly negative issue we had was when my daughter stepped off the patio and onto a rusty nail (likely fallen from the overhead platform supporting the air conditioning unit). Since it punctured her heel she received a tetanus shot at a local urgent care, along with instructions to stay off the beach for the remainder of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Dory, and would definitely consider returning should we ever be in the Pensacola area again."

"This was one of the best vacations my family and I have every been on. The private beach was amazing and my pup loved to dig in the sand too! We had a great time catching fish and crab off the dock, seeing the blue angels and also enjoying the beach just a few miles down the road. We can't wait to go back!"

"This was my second year staying each time for most of March. Upon arrival discovered the scheduled painting of building was way behind schedule and Autumn was not notified either. She came to property personally and within hours relocatated me to another property n. She even arranged help for me to move my belonging ! I love this unit and have already booked it again 2025. 5 star host and beautiful condo."

"The home is beautiful and well laid-out, with the main living areas and master bedroom on the second level. Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood, close to local restaurants (our favorite) and the beaches. The property is slightly tired and could use a bit of loving, but overall, we would certainly return. Thanks to the owners for making it available on short notice!"
