"Staff could not have been more professional and helpful, a real credit to the property. Well located close to Falmouth, plenty of parking. The room was lovely, plenty of storage and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were poor and not sufficient. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was amazing! The poached eggs were magnificent! Speed of service was slow but being out of season that is understandable. Less understandable are the massive cobwebs in the dining room. The lounge was comfortable, and the real fire added to the atmosphere; very welcome after a long day outside. The pool is an added bonus, but none of the underwater lights were working. Neither were any of the sauna lights were working which can be dangerous. "

"Perfect for a short trip to visit our son studying at Falmouth. Located next to a fantastic park and within easy walking distance of Falmouth centre. Plenty of parking onsite and around the hotel early evening. For those with mobility issues, there are many steps and sloping surfaces. My only advice to the owners, given the size of the room, a slightly larger bathroom would have been possible."

"Check in and reception brilliant, very helpful. Superior room booked and was huge and well fitted out. There is a pool, jacuzzi, sauna facilities with free towels . Parking was easy. The restaurant & bar was well managed by Will who couldn’t do enough for you. The main town is a 20 mon walk if your fit but there are some serious up/downhill routes which would require a taxi or vehicle for those with any issues."
