"The location was great, walking distance from pier 39 and other great locations. Only problem was the sheets were either stained or not cleaned properly. Definitely will be asking for fresh sheets if I stay there again. Also the person who checked us in was very sarcastic and kept telling me to look at the paper provided instead of answering my questions directly. Not very friendly."

"The hotel we in an excellent location… close to the ferry terminal, many nice restaurants, and although the parking was not on the property it was easy to unload and then park in the ferry parking lot right next to the hotel. The only issue we has was the A/C did not cool the room as much as we would have liked….it may be time for an upgrade. I would definitely mention the A/C before booking to make sure it works well."
