"The owners were very friendly and helpful! The owners made sure you were well fed in the morning and arranged transfers and tours. It was our first visit to Santorini and there are very expensive places to stay but Momento is basic accommodation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I did find the pillow very large and hard. The beds are basic too, but we aren’t a fussy family. The shower is small, but again we didn’t really mind. There was a slight sewer gas smell in the bathroom but that was...

"Everything was amazing. Special thanks to Katerina for arranging transportation from/to airport and a boat tour for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. "Super nice facility and staff. It is a family owned and well maintained facility. The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will recommend this accommodation to everyone in a heartbeat."
