"O hotel que contratei era para ser na frente saboaria, mas não sei o motivo nos colocaram em outro prédio fora de qualquer referencia próxima e mal localizado tinha barata e outros incertos, internet só na piscina , no quarto não tinha sinal. Nos colocaram num quarto que era no porão e cheirava incericida. Um dos quartos o ar condicionado não funcionava , nos sentimos enganados.."

The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will recommend this accommodation to everyone in a heartbeat."
