"The owners were very friendly and helpful! The owners made sure you were well fed in the morning and arranged transfers and tours. It was our first visit to Santorini and there are very expensive places to stay but Momento is basic accommodation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I did find the pillow very large and hard. "This is more a review of the hotel staff The hotel team were friendly and helpful. There were a few things we did not like and they tried to help offering a transfer to a sister hotel. We accepted the transfer after 1 night. The restaurant team were great, explained each dish and made suggestions on how to eat the local starters. Negative is the meals too long to come out the kitchen (dinner was 2 hours as we had to wait almost approx 1 hour for the main). Breakfast was varied and...
