"We had a wonderful stay. Bill was very accommodating even when our flight was delayed and we showed up close to midnight. He gave us several recommendations for exploring, which was very appreciated. The room was lovely and even had snacks and a water machine for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Positives: House is in a great location. Close to the lake front area and Church St area. The host had filled the fridge with bottled water and there were many snacks in the kitchen. Even a bottle of welcome wine. Bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels and wash rags. Also extra bathroom stuff like toothbrushes & toothpaste. We accidentally tripped a breaker and the host fixed it promptly. There is a covered outdoor area with tables and chairs that is great to have for morning coffee and eating. We weren’t there long enough to make use of the many board games, bicycles and outdoor games, and huge tv. Negative: The house would benefit from some of the redundant furniture being removed to make the space more usable. For instance, couches could be removed from the bedrooms to make space for your luggage. All in all, we enjoyed being in the house and being in beautiful Vermont."

"Very clean and comfy spot. Went with three girls and had a great girls weekend. We loved walking for coffee at Brio Coffee and dinner at Hen of the Wood. Great location! Beautiful bike ride on flat trail around Lake Champlain (we got to without needing a car) and although very difficult, enjoyed amazing views on Camels hump hike. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a big issue upon arrival with how hot it was. I would have expected the apartment to be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival, but the A/C was not even turned on. To make this worse, it was also during a heat wave - making the apartment even hotter as it was on the 2nd floor. We had to leave the apartment after we turned the A/C on and change a lot of our plans because we were at risk of overheating if we stayed there. The host took awhile to respond to messages during the stay. The apartment itself was tidy and neat, but the stairs to go up to the apartment were not very clean. Overall the location of this apartment was excellent and the amenities provided were optimal. However, better preparation for guests would make future guest’s stays more enjoyable."
