The loft «Casa Wi» is located in the hyper center of Perpignan, in the middle of its pedestrian streets and close to the Place République with its restaurants, its organic market, its multiple shops and entertainment!

The Castillet, the Vauban dock are 5 minutes walk; beaches are 15 minutes by car and Spain 25 minutes.

You will be two minutes walk from an underground parking accessible with the card offered.
Public transport nearby will facilitate your stay in Perpignan La Rayonnante!
The region offers you multiple hikes around the Canigou, the Força Réal and on the Pyrenean reliefs.
For your comfort summer or winter, the loft is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Family fun!

Access to the apartment and location were perfect for our family! We wanted to be in the center of old town and the apartment was close to the river, shops and some wonderful cafes and restaurants. The loft made it fun for our family and the size was great for our family of four. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy!

Lovely apartment but difficult to understand instructions for gaining entry possibly due to the fact we are not used to French understanding. Once in all good and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very noisy if you leave windows open.

All you need

Hi. We needed a sleepover for one night and this was the perfect break on the road. It is in the middle of the old town. Aroubd the corner is bars and the town is still quiet. It looks a bot dodgy and old here and there and some drunk people are in the street. So being a bit streetwise will help. But i always felt safe. Bars are nice. Food good. All nearby. The garage for parking is really just 4 minutes per foot and very voncenient and super safe.

Fully equipped

A lovely modern property, close to everything in the Old City. Lots of kitchen equipment, guidebooks and recommendations, and even free welcoming treats in the kitchen: candy, coffee, jam, water. Excellent communication with the owner.
