"This is a beautiful hotel with a nice view of the lake in many rooms. While the hotel is nice, it was the staff that truly made it a memorable experience. Their service was beyond phenomenal! Kudos to Maria in the front desk for going above and beyond when an issue occurred"

"Property was close to many restaurants/pubs. The apartment we were given (a one and a nine) was spacious for 3 people. 2 bedrooms. The bedroom with the double bed had a bathroom attached, however, the shower was extremely small and I am a small woman. The bedroom with 2 twin beds was a good size and had a great view. The bathroom was right next door and had a tub and was a nice big size. Neither room had a tv, which we really wanted. Did not use the living room because the couch was too small...

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is just perfect. Steps from National Park and downtown. We used the hotel bikes for an easy morning bike ride in the park-lovely! Rooms clean, comfy and welcoming. Staff was great! Highly recommend!"
