"The Lake hotel was better in person than what is seen online (and the photos are wonderful online!). The moment you walk the attention you are given is amazing! A taxi or cab to the center of town, but so worth it. My son hiked around the lake and then we finished up with scones and tea delivered to the room and that is a must have!!!!! The best scones ever! Dinner, bar, room, all amazing. Waking up to the view of the lake and having coffee on the balcony was exactly what I needed. I can not wait to come back again!"

"I stayed for 3 nights as a solo traveller. The staff were amazing at check-in, the pub and the restaurant. Everyone was so lovely and kind, with good suggestions for things to do when my original plans fell through. It is a bit of a historic hotel, so if you are looking for new and contemporary place, this isn't for you. However, I highly recommend the Killarney Avenue hotel if you are looking for a friendly and convenient place to stay."

"This was an extremely quaint hotel within 1/3 of a mile of the little village of Killarney. Very walkable and very charming when entering the property. We stayed in the suite which was a nice 600 square-foot unit. The only recommendation I would make on it is a new mattress and new carpeting. Otherwise it was a very charming suite. The front desk manager, Justin, was extremely friendly and helpful. He really made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again. "
