"The quality of the hotel was exceeded only by the quality of the staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, especially the mattress, and the bathrooms crystal clean. And the breakfast was outstanding. The Arbutus gets our highest recommendation. I"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms were so clean and cozy. The furnishings were beautiful and the shower was excellent with white company bath products. The reception were very helpful when we forgot our phone charger! Only small complaint was some loud noise late at night but I think there was a wedding on. Breakfast buffet was also 10/10, everything was so fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here!"
