"Beautiful hotel set in a stunning lakeside location ! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Thermal Suite was super duper and it was the highlight for our stay! We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant with a stunning lake view which its food was excellent! Took away one star for cleanliness as there were leftover room service food on trays in corridors when we arrived to after our dinner. Room was super clean and cleaning staff in morning did a beautiful job to clear, clean and made the interior all shining again. "

"There was a smoke detector with a dead battery that was beeping very loud in the hall. When I called at about 7pm they said it would be dealt with that night. After a sleepless night with constant beeping, they only dealt with it until 5:45am at which point they set off the fire alarm 6 times. Decorative blanket on bed was clearly dirty and shower wasn't draining properly. Those wouldn't have been as big of an issue if they had dealth with the fire alarm beeping properly."

"We enjoyed our stay at Killarney heights hotel! We had an incredible dinner after a long day. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside for us would be that there was no AC, we visited during a March heatwave in Ireland. The staff did provide a fan to help! There is also a nice big window you can open and it was a quiet side of town so no loud noise at night. We would love to visit again soon! "
