This well loved family orientated holiday home offers everything you will need for you stay in Mandurah offering large rooms throughout with all you will need during your stay. Two lounges with Smart TV's and a third Smart TV in the Bar Room with a pool table means everyone has something to keep them entertained - plenty of games to play as well. There is an extra 3 children's fold out beds for your use as well and an extra single bed in the upstairs area with an office desk if you have to do some work during your stay. Ducted reverse cycle air con throughout. No access to the garage at the property but plenty of driveway and street parking.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
Bring the bikes so you can cycle easily into the Mandurah Foreshore or go to parks on the way. Local shopping centre just down the road. You have the best of the Mandurah waterways on your doorstep - with a boat ramp across the the road to easily enjoy either estuary crabbing or ocean fishing.
DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $115 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
