Hi Norm,Each hotel has their own policy when it comes to a pre-authorization or charge for a bond.This is a policy which all guests are required to pay upon check in, at almost any hotel, for any charges posted back to the room or damages which could potentially occur. This is refunded on departure should there be no damages or charges to the room.We do have a quite a selection of different types of beverages, however apologize if this menu was not up to your satisfaction. Having limited staff on public holidays, which most businesses do, unfortunately we were not able to offer room service on this day.
