"The hot tub was so warm. Perfect thing after the 4 day Inca Trail. Staff were so nice and helpful. We were leaving before breakfast was served and the staff left us snack bags to go so we weren’t hungry."

"Loved this boutique hotel, the courtyard area was beautiful to relax in. There was a breakfast included from 6 am to 10 am which was great for our early morning starts and even when we left at 3 am for Machu Picchu the staff had a bagged breakfast waiting for us. They were always very helpful and polite, even the chef came out to help me take my luggage upstairs to the lobby because the altitude exhaustion is no joke! Luckily they always had coca leaf on hand. Would love to stay here again!"

"We had a great stay here as a family (older kids) for a few days. Location is obviously ideal and the courtyard is really nice to relax during the day or pre dinner drinks. The conversion from convent is done well so real historical charm to the property. Staff were all helpful, especially on the door helping with bags in and out of excursion buses and taxis. Breakfast is top notch- extensive selection and open long hours. The restaurant was also good quality for a meal when we didn’t feel like going out to city centre. It’s not the cheapest hotel in Cusco but I’d say it was worth the prices - we stayed after the Inca trail so felt worth it for well deserved relaxing days."

"This is a beautiful hotel that is truly 5-star for its room and facilities. The only complaint we had was that the breakfast service was pretty poor. The food was average, but the service was very slow because they didn't have much staff. We went in July which is peak season. They should staff appropriately."
