"Our stay was perfect. We were in town for an AAU Basketball event in Hoover. The two rooms we had were clean and the staff we friendly and helpful. Edwin, with corporate customer service, was very helpful in changing the "

"Room was nasty open lotion ,soap open and used (bar) half roll toilet paper , towel rack fell when i try to hold on . Towel was off white . Room had Oder . Shower would not drain properly. Breakfast I paid for they act as if it wasn’t paid with room . Manger of bistro was rude mold on fruit cups . I had to wait for 12 min before he gave me a substitute. Back door near room to get into hotel was broken and roaches in Hall way . My experience was a -2 and then I had a $26 charge-nobody knows where it came from . I’m so upset. Was there for 2 days ."

"This was a great value for the price. The recently upgraded room was clean and comfortable, although I am not a big fan of heavy air freshener. The shower was hot with good water pressure. I would stay here again"
