"The only thing that I enjoyed was getting my full refund back within 24hrs. The staff were polite and did the best that they could, but I was in my room for two minutes before I checked out. Rudja and Lamont were kind and understanding. With all that being said, I think this place should be investigated, it's too much of a safety hazard."

"We were greeted by Kevin (front desk/Room service he was very friendly, respectful and efficient. We needed couple of missing items in the room and he kindly came right away to replace them.
I would just suggest that outside entrance (cigarette butts) be clean up a little."
