"Nice downtown corporate feel hotel. We checked in on a Saturday and the Starbucks, Chic Fil A and smoothie shop that were advertised as perks were all closed, so that was a bummer. But the front desk staff was kind and friendly and the bartender was excellent. Downtown Richmond was a little sad though. Probably wouldn’t stay in that same area again. "

"Absolute bare bones property - no shampoo or conditioner or body wash in the showers. Smell throughout building. Stains in elevator and our room had no blinds or shade. Very cheap matt"

"Only down was the receptionist she was just very blend Not so welcoming and not to friendly if anything she seem Annoyed IDK if it was because of me or my son. But she didn't even Welcome Us or stated the breakfast time no info at All. But room were clean and so was the hotel. Bed are comfy .."

"The cook did not show up, so we had to go out to breakfast. Just around the block, so not a big deal. I was a little concerned about parking, but the local garage was just $10 overnight, and the staff gave good advice about the how to get in and out. The room was very nice. A property that could only happen in Richmond."
