"Amazing staff"

"Excellent location - near to queen street mall, north quay ferry terminal and bridge to south bank. Quite a handful of amenities and eateries nearby. Service and comfort is good"

"The staff was friendly "

"We stayed over the weekend and were quite happy with our room on the 17th floor. We had a lovely view overlooking Southbank. Our only comment is that the sofa chair near the front door appeared a bit dirty, as if there were water marks or stains on it. Also, on Saturday night, we could hear loud music coming from the Irish pub below. Parking was safe and convenient—we left our car for 24 hours with easy access in and out. Thank you to the staff for the great service and hospitality.Rosanna and Tim 😊🙏"

"Everything you needed"

"We had an early flight the next morning so we wanted to be close to the airport. Staff was great and stored our bags until we were able to check in. We walked to the airport and jumped on the A-train to go downtown and explore for the day. A great way to see the area. Lots of options at the buffet breakfast the next morning. There is a shuttle but we walked back to the domestic terminal which is about a 7 minute walk. Beware if extra surcharges on holidays. "
