"My room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. My colleague had a coffee machine in her room but I just had a kettle and sachets of coffee and milk. Breakfast was a little disappointing, coffee was served out of urns with no other option."

"Staff were friendly & helpful in all areas , parking was easy & lots of it & free ! Lots to do nearby , cafes pubs walks . Bar area plenty of space & relaxing indoor & outdoor . I had an assistance dog & staff made us welcome . Breakfast was well Laid out & on time . Will revisit soon Maybe hotel needs to upgrade some of the carpets over time but everything else well maintained"

"I travel a lot and I am usually a bit wary of near-airport hotels, but this experience was really good. It's a shuttle-bus ride from the front of Gatwick South Terminal - maybe a 10-minute ride to get there, but only a few minutes to get back from the hotel to the airport. Check-in was immediate - no waiting whatsoever - and my room was very good indeed, with everything that I needed, and it was quiet. I had a drink and dinner in the bar area - normal "British pub" type of food. The shuttle bus back to the airport the next day was exactly on time."

"Exactly what it says .....a good location on M25 at a reasonable cost. Our room overlooking the back was quiet at night, helpful staff & an efficient shower & TV. Good value on a Sunday night near food court, free parking on site."

"Lovely stay for my birthday food was great rooms were lovely staff were friendly only a couple of minor things we got back late and the car park was full managed to get the last space thankfully but maybe bare that in mind, then our neighbours were up till 4 am they weren’t being extra loud but we could hear them (not hotels fault) and the lastly we put the “refresh room” sign on our door and when we got back from day out it hadn’t been done so had to go to reception to ask for more tea and coffee for room"
