"The stables was in an ideal location for exploring East Sussex and Kent with lots of nearby attractions. The White Hart inn next door is a family owned village pub with lots of character, good beer and food. The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The open kitchen /longe was very well equipped with the added bonus of French windows onto a small patio area with outside seating.
Very difficult to find any faults as is highly recommended we would certainly stay here again."

"Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. "

"The Annex was lovely and clean with everything that was needed in the kitchen. We were close to shops and the beach, with the option to travel in to near by towns which weren’t too far away. Great location for our dog too as she had the freedom of the garden. Lovely place to stay and would stay here again 😊"

"If you want to get away from it all & enjoy the peace of the Sussex countryside the Cart Lodge is perfect. Great little cottage, which is well equipped & in a good location to explore East Sussex.
The sheep in the field are great fun, demanding their biscuits as you sit & enjoy the sun.
Thanks Nina for a great week"

"Clean and well decorated room with good coffee making facilities. Super comfy bed with good pillows!
The gym was small but was equipped enough for a good workout. "
"The hotel location is satisfactory in terms of being close to local restaurants, entertainment and transport.
Staff were attentive and keen to please in terms of room and facilities."
"Very pleasant 2 night break in Eastbourne
Everything was good - plenty of parking outside hotel with a parking permit, food was good too
Had a standard double on the 7th floor & it was spacious enough & certainly not cramped
I did view a sea view/balcony room & that was superb
All staff were so very friendly & very accommodating "
"What a great location for the pier, beach and the lanes. Walkable from the train station to get your bearings.
I did feel the pool tiles were slippery under foot when wet so had to walk very slowly. Pool and showers where great and the Welsh chap on gym was very friendly and helpful.
The lounge had awesome views which we used several times while staying.
Our double king size room was great for my friend and myself.
Thanks"
"This was our second visit to this hotel. Lovely hotel on the seafront, spacious rooms, plenty toiletries in bathroom. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel in long time, really good selection of items hot and cold. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on them. Would definitely stay again in the future."
